Remote proctoring seems to be a saviour for a lot of universities and colleges who are looking forward to conducting their examinations in India. Remote proctoring eases the tension of conducting online examinations and enables the examination agency or institutions to administer the exam process seamlessly and effortlessly. MeritTrac has assessed over 3 lakhs+ candidates in a remote proctored mode including the recent entrance exam conducted for Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) wherein nearly 1 lakh+ assessments were conducted.
The University of Mumbai, one of the largest universities in India, securely and effectively completed their evaluation process of 16 lakh exam answer sheets using MeritTrac on-screen marking solution. It enabled the University to declare the results in record time. The University reduced the cost of transportation of exam material, mismanagement during evaluation and ensured security of answer sheets.
MeritTrac helped a learning solution provider identify and train existing talent within their workforce for managerial and leadership roles. By launching a talent management program and by utilising blended learning methodologies, MeritTrac built a pool of leadership talent. With a transparent process including a screening test, behavioural assessment, personalized analysis, comprehensive training provided to mentors and the final interview, a successful list of final candidates was shared with the client. 50% of the candidates were promoted after this program.
A power transmission company received thousands of applications for filling 1,921 vacancies for 6 job roles. Over two lakh candidates needed to be tested in a limited time. MeritTrac administered the recruitment test spanning five days across 21 cities in 93 test centres. As a result, qualified and eligible candidates were recruited through fair, objective and unbiased tests promptly. Also, the corporation's HR team won an award for flawless administration of the recruitment test.
